What is exact vs modelled here

Exact: the orbit from the period and the perihelion (Kepler), the speeds, the time inside any radius, the magnitude arithmetic from size, albedo and distance, the tidal ratio, the two-impulse budget, the mass ledger from published values. Reported: every quotation and every date the book gives, the return-date ledger, the celestial-battle sequence. Modelled: the N-body passages (RK4, all planets massive, nothing fitted), the belt test particles, the random-phase kick pool and the 1/a random walk, the density that turns the stated size into a mass, and Nibiru's node and argument of perihelion, borrowed from Halley because the book gives none.

The model, in full

Kepler's third law converts the period into a semi-major axis; the dialled perihelion fixes the eccentricity; Halley's inclination, node and argument orient the ellipse. Planets come from the JPL/Standish mean elements (valid 1800-2050, extrapolated where the dial asks). The Passage integrates Sun, Venus through Neptune and Nibiru with mutual gravity by RK4 at one-day steps for ±20 years about perihelion, twice: once with Nibiru at the dialled mass and once massless, and reports the difference in each planet's osculating elements, plus 160 belt test particles differenced one by one. The Clock sends a massless body through the four giants at random phases (its own node and argument randomised) and reads the barycentric period after each pass; the 1/a kicks feed a random walk to ejection. Magnitudes: H from radius and geometric albedo, V = H + 5 log(rΔ) + 0.02α, Earth from the same elements. All of it is pinned by scripts/nibiru-tune.mjs.

Where this instrument takes liberties

The book gives no node, argument, epoch, mass or density: the bench borrows Halley's orientation, offers five density presets for the stated size, and takes 556 BCE (Lynn's report of Sitchin) as the default last passage, all on dials. The planets' phases at 556 BCE come from mean elements extrapolated 2,500 years, good enough for a random-looking geometry, not for an ephemeris. The passage window is ±20 years, which catches every terrestrial kick and most of the giants'; the Clock's kick pool uses ±40 years and two-day steps through the giants only. The ×√N columns are naive random walks with no secular coupling; the "if it survived" column is a hypothetical the Clock view says never happens. Survey depths are quoted single numbers for surveys with structured coverage. The belt scatter in the 3D view is set dressing with the Kirkwood gaps left in for looks.
