I'm Mikey, and this site is a personal project.
The heart of the site is the simulations: a growing bench of interactive instruments running real physics in your browser, shelved by topic area. Each one computes the actual equations rather than animating a cartoon, and each one draws the line between established and speculative in plain sight. New instruments keep arriving.
Culture is the reading room beside the instruments: books, films, series and anime that take these ideas seriously. It comes in two forms. Signed reviews cover the work I actually care for, and the opinion there is mine. Neutral source notes cover the contested books and interviews behind the UAP record: what the book says, where it says it, no verdict attached. Both are read against what the source actually says rather than what the headlines made of it.
Files is the archive: the government UAP record now public, summarised, quoted and traced to where each original is held. I don't attach a verdict. The documents speak, and you decide.
Threaded through all of it is the wiki: cross-linked entries for the people, cases, documents and places, growing with every release. Alongside it sit Topics (essays that read across the files), Voices (the record's own people, quoted in their own words), and a Sources page that lists everything in one place.
Everything is sourced, what ships is noted in the Site log and what goes wrong in the Corrections log, and the Chinese edition is a full version of the site, mostly translated by me. The fine print lives in Evidence Standards, Methodology and Caveats.
Finding things: the search box in the station bar covers the whole site (press / to open it), and every tag on a file leads to an archive of everything filed under it. Keeping up: RSS, or the Substack letter, where the long-form on files, reviews and instruments lands in your inbox.
