Closer Encounters radicalises the concept: Jason Reza Jorjani identifies the breakaway group as a “Nordic” elite seeded in the nineteenth century, matured through the SS Die Glocke experiments, and operating as time travellers across the whole timeline, making the Nordics of occupant reports human. In that book the concept absorbs the Time-Traveler Hypothesis and Zero-Point Energy lore into a single claimed civilisation.
