The INSCOM CENTER LANE Project, the US Army’s Remote Viewing effort at Fort Meade from 1983, succeeding GRILL FLAME. Army funding ended in 1985, at which point the unit was redesignated SUN STREAK and transferred to the Defense Intelligence Agency; the move to DIA is what ends CENTER LANE rather than something it ran under. Joe McMoneagle and Dale Graff both worked the programme across this period.
