Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Home of the US Army’s operational psychic intelligence unit from 1978, housed in two ageing wooden buildings, 2560 and 2561, through GRILL FLAME, the CENTER LANE of 1983 to 1985, and SUN STREAK after the effort transferred to the Defense Intelligence Agency in January 1986, until it became STAR GATE and was cancelled in 1995 following the AIR Review 1995. Joe McMoneagle served there as Remote Viewer 001. The operational counterpart to the research programme at SRI, and also the home of the National Security Agency, which is why the address appears in two unrelated literatures.
