Significance for UAP research
The fact that Bob Lazar named Element 115 (a Group 15 element) in 1989 means his reactor-fuel description automatically inherits Bi-like chemistry, which independently shows up in modern UAP material analyses (Nolan’s Mg-Bi sample, Townsend Brown’s bismuth isotope, Puthoff’s Ti-Bi and Mg-Bi).
