Former Director of Science and Technology Development for the US Navy. Aged 92 and terminally ill, he told Ross Coulthart on the record that he had been read into a secret programme and that the US had “recovered, several times, alien spacecraft. Or what was thought to be”. Described examining a titanium-alloy fragment at Wright-Patterson AFB that appeared cast by no known process. Dismissed the “ARV Fluxliner” drawing as a hoax. Died 5 April 2020. Ross Coulthart treats him as his strongest first-hand insider on crash retrieval; the account rests on his word.
