Recurring anomalous-sighting cluster in Australian archives: the 25 October 1973 sighting of a hovering black sphere during the Yom Kippur War DEFCON 3 alert (fire captain Bill Lynn and a US officer, original RAAF reports later missing), and the 1991 Annie Farinaccio case that opens In Plain Sight. Fits the nuclear-site pattern alongside Pine Gap.
