A note on "independence": the three sources are not modally independent. Lazar's 1989 KLAS-TV interview has been in public UAP discourse ever since. Puthoff has personally known Lazar since the early 1990s. The witnesses debriefed by the programme Elizondo says he led grew up inside the same UAP culture. Treat convergence as one signal, not as proof. See the Caveats page. Fowler and Skywatcher are deliberately absent from this table: their instrument data is a separate evidentiary stream that neither draws on nor corroborates these three testimonial accounts.
