Vice Admiral; Deputy Director then Director of the DIA (1999-2002). Central figure of the Wilson Memo, notes attributed to Eric W. Davis recording a 2002 meeting in which Wilson allegedly described being denied access to a contractor-run reverse-engineering programme in 1997. Wilson categorically denies the meeting and called the memo “pure fiction” in a 2020 letter to Ross Coulthart. Also attended the April 1997 Pentagon briefing arranged by Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell, which he acknowledges while disputing Greer’s account of it.
