Apollo 14 moonwalker, raised near Roswell; sat on the board of Robert Bigelow’s NIDS. Publicly accused the US government of a UFO cover-up while always denying personal sightings; per accounts relayed after his February 2016 death, he privately described unexplained structured blue lights seen during Apollo 14 and explained his public denials with one word, “Treason”. His archive, examined by Ross Coulthart, contained the Wilson Memo, NIDS investigation files and a 1996 Defence Department letter describing a levitating “metal artefact”.
