The term Bob Lazar says was used in his S4 briefing documents for the beings associated with the recovered craft.
In the source corpus: the only description of non-human beings that sits inside a primary first-person account rather than in general lore. Lazar (V2) says the documents contained drawings showing a body cut open to reveal a single internal organ, with the body’s systems “grown together as one general-purpose thing”. He is explicit that he never saw a living being, only the drawings, and that the documents may have carried deliberate disinformation. He also leaves open that the Sport Model is autonomous and had no occupant at all.
Why this is kept separate from Greys: the Greys page records a popular archetype. This page records only what Lazar’s account states, a description inside a document, not a sighting and not a named species. Keeping the two apart is a deliberate evidence-discipline choice, so a sourced description is not blurred into folklore.
