The pewter-coloured disc craft Bob Lazar says he worked on at S4 in 1988-89. Named by Lazar himself (“everybody picked that up. … After that, it was the sport model.”).

Echoes and parallels (not independent corroboration)
Billy Meier photographs from Switzerland are often cited as matching the Sport Model to “90-95%”. Lazar: “you can’t tell me that’s a fake picture. It’s impossible.” The Meier case is widely regarded in mainstream research as a hoax, and the Bob Lazar node files this among the echoes worth recording rather than as independent corroboration.
