Significance
The thrust direction (same as rocket exhaust, opposite ion thrusters) and the post-disconnect persistence (charge trapped in Electret-like material) match Bob Lazar’s description of the Sport Model hull behavior, connecting Lazar’s S4 work to mainstream NASA electrogravitics research for the first time.
