Russian materials scientist who reported a gravity-shielding effect above a rotating superconducting disc in the 1990s and went on to build the Impulse Gravity Generator. With the theorist Giovanni Modanese he reported that a high-voltage discharge across a superconducting cathode produced a force deflecting pendulum bobs of any material at 150 metres, through a Faraday cage, steel and brick, and judged the force gravitational rather than electrokinetic. The work has been reported in the aerospace trade press and has not been independently replicated.
