Brazilian general, Paulo Roberto Yog de Miranda Uchoa, whom Luis Elizondo describes in Imminent (2024) as “Brazil’s top drug czar and a four-star general” and as the point man for an archive of Brazil’s UAP cases. In Elizondo’s account Uchoa spoke at a dinner about the Colares Incident, which the book says a Brazilian Air Force team led by Uyrangê Hollanda investigated in 1977, and said the Brazilian government had covered up what happened there.
