The routine after-action paperwork an aircrew or operations centre files following a mission. The vast majority of MISREPs have nothing to do with UAP; the ones in PURSUE are those that happen to contain a UAP observation, logged in a dedicated GENTEXT/UAP block.

A MISREP in the USCENTCOM set has four parts worth reading: the declassification stamp at the top, the GENTEXT/UAP block describing what was seen in clipped military shorthand, the redaction codes keyed to Executive Order 13526, and the descriptive language itself. Aircrew label sightings “POSS UAP”, possible UAP, and in at least one Syria report logged a possible UAP and a separate possible balloon in the same flight, showing observers who were calibrated rather than collapsing everything strange into one category.
