Proposal submitted by Townsend Brown in January 1953 urging a Manhattan District style national effort toward a Mach 3 Electrogravitics interceptor disc, staged from two-foot models up to ten-foot craft and powered by a flame-jet generator reaching fifteen million volts. Paul LaViolette presents it as the document behind the industry-wide effort described in the Electrogravitics Systems Report 1956. The Hunt for Zero Point reaches Winterhaven from the other direction, through the Electrogravitics Systems Report 1956 recovered from Wright-Patterson rather than through the antigravity literature.
