John Searl’s device: three concentric stator ring plates, each flanked by rolling permanent magnets sized to complete a whole number of turns per circuit so as to build a resonant standing magnetic wave. Above a threshold speed the rotor is said to self-accelerate, break free of its starter motor, generate electricity, cool the surrounding air, lose weight and lift. Reported effects include a bluish pink glow, ozone, radio interference and scorched soil. The Magnetic Energy Converter is presented as an independent replication.
