Device built by Vladimir Roshchin and Sergei Godin at NPO Energomash in Moscow and reported in 2001: a one-metre stator ring with twenty-three rolling magnets, said to power itself above 200 rpm, deliver seven kilowatts at 595 rpm, lose thirty-five percent of its weight with strong hysteresis, gain weight when reversed, and cool its surroundings while surrounded by nested cylindrical magnetic walls reaching fifteen metres. Presented as the independent replication of the Searl Effect Generator. A single result from two authors, not replicated since.
