Given only the coordinates of “a vacation property”, Pat Price and a second subject both described “a military-like facility”, and the CIA officer working with SRI then found “a sensitive government installation a few miles from the vacation property”, CIA project officer Kenneth Kress writes. H. E. Puthoff of SRI, citing James Bamford, identifies the site as “an NSA listening post at the Navy’s Sugar Grove facility”. Kress calls the evaluation “as usual, mixed”: Price “provided a list of project titles”, “the codename of the site was provided”, information on the physical layout “was accurate”, and some, “such as the names of the people at the site, proved incorrect”.
