A remote viewer in SRI’s CIA-funded program in the 1970s. Russell Targ writes that Price told them he had been “catching crooks when he was the police commissioner in Burbank, California”, and that he “died at age 57, in 1975”; CIA project officer Kenneth Kress records that he “died of a heart attack”.

Sessions on record

  • Sugar Grove NSA Facility RV: Kress records that Price gave project titles and the site’s codename, that information on the physical layout was accurate, and that some details proved incorrect
  • Semipalatinsk Gantry Crane RV: two analysts judged his crane description accurate; Kress calls the data “at best inconclusive” as proof of remote viewing
  • Patty Hearst RV: a 1974 CIA memorandum records that the Alameda police sought his help; its author did not attempt to verify the SRI claims
