US Navy lieutenant, later lieutenant commander, who flew the 14 November 2004 intercept alongside Dave Fravor and is the second named visual witness to the Tic Tac Incident object.

She spoke publicly for the first time on 60 Minutes in May 2021, giving an account consistent with Fravor’s of a white, wingless object roughly the size of a fighter manoeuvring over disturbed water. Two aircrew describing the same object independently is the part of the case that does not depend on any sensor, and it sits beside Chad Underwood’s infrared video rather than inside it.
