Polish military historian and author of Prawda o Wunderwaffe (2000, in English as The Truth About The Wunderwaffe), the origin of the Die Glocke account in the English-language literature. Witkowski says an unnamed Polish official showed him transcripts of Jakob Sporrenberg’s secret testimony in 1997 on condition that he copy them by hand rather than photograph them, and that the documents were then withdrawn. He took Nick Cook to the Wenceslas Mine and is thanked by name in The Hunt for Zero Point.
Cook is explicit that he never saw the documents himself. No researcher has seen them since, which leaves the whole Bell narrative resting on one person’s handwritten notes of a single unverifiable sitting.
