An American chemical engineer and 1950s-60s UFO researcher who argued that many UFO reports, and apparent official secrecy, had conventional explanations including CIA involvement. He figures in a CIA document titled “Case 17708 Closed and Dr Leon Davidson”. Released in PURSUE Release 03 as CIA-UAP-004.
