The United States’ foreign intelligence service. Across the Cold War it collected and assessed UFO-related reporting from abroad, convened the Robertson Panel in 1953, and authored the reconnaissance history behind U-2 and OXCART Overflights. Many of the documents in PURSUE Release 03 (CIA-UAP-002 to CIA-UAP-019) are CIA files.
