A deformed child’s cranium found in a mine tunnel in Mexico and promoted from 1999 by the author Lloyd Pye as evidence of a non-human or hybrid being, on the strength of its unusual shape, thin bone, large orbits and the absence of the expected sutures.

What the testing showed

Mitochondrial DNA recovered in 2003 placed the mother firmly within a known human haplogroup. Later attempts at nuclear sequencing were announced with claims of unrecognisable sequence, but the work was never published in a form that allowed assessment, and the fragments cited are consistent with degraded human DNA and contamination. The morphology has been discussed by specialists in terms of congenital hydrocephalus and related conditions.

Why the node is worth having

Because it is the cleanest case in the whole file of a physical object that could have settled a large claim, was tested, and settled it in the ordinary direction, and because the claim continued afterwards. The Anunnaki Connection handles it with the right sentence: the skull is not normal, and that does not make it extraterrestrial.
