The caption burned into the opening seconds of every military sensor clip in PURSUE Release 06, gone by 00:05, which reads: public disclosure of this information is postponed in accordance with 44 U.S.C. § 2107 Section 1843, UAP Postponement Code E.O. 13526. Ten clips carry it: four from USCENTCOM, two over the Middle East in 2022 (May 2022 CENTCOM Sightings) and two in 2025 (Middle East Sightings 2025), and six from USINDOPACOM over the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea in 2023. Every one also carries plain black boxes with no exemption code, on eight of the ten in the same six places on the picture.
No record in the release explains Section 1843 or the postponement code, and no official video description mentions the caption or the boxes. The caption’s own words tie it to Executive Order 13526, the classification order, and its postponement language echoes the records provisions that grew out of the UAP Disclosure Act 2023; the release itself states neither link.
