A sighting by local law enforcement in Colorado in October 2023, released in PURSUE Release 06 under a new prefix, LLE-UAP-, which no page expands: a one-page transcript, LLE-UAP-D001, and four phone videos, LLE-UAP-PR001 to PR004.
The transcript, on the letterhead of the Office of the Under Secretary of War with Intelligence and Security under the seal, was issued as a flat image with no text layer. It gives one minute of an officer’s narration while recording: at a withheld mile marker on a withheld interstate, westbound, watching another orb flying approximately 300 feet up off the ground; radar checked, and no aircraft flying in the area; stationary for about 15 minutes; and at the end, the craft flying closer, and visible. Six boxes carry (b) (7)(A) and (b) (7)(C) codes. No officer, police force, county or city is named.
Each of the four official descriptions says the reporting officer described the phenomenon as silent and featuring red, blue and green flashing lights; none of those words is on the transcript, and no description names it. AARO says it blurred the bottom half of the footage to protect the privacy of a U.S. person or commercial entity. Each clip shows a small point of light in a dark sky, and each audio track is digital silence. Release 05 carried FBI interviews on triangles seen over Colorado Springs in the same month (Colorado Springs Triangles 2023); nothing in this package mentions them.
