AF Form 112 of the United States Air Force, the Air Intelligence Information Report. The 1950s Air Force records of PURSUE Release 07 show units and attaché offices passing sightings up the line on it, as a report with Part II continuation sheets.

Ten Air Force field reports of Release 07, DOW-UAP-D155 to D164, filed between August 1953 and February 1957, are eight on this form and two letters submitted under Air Force Regulation 200-2. The 1952 Catalina Island report, DOW-UAP-D179, is on the form too (Catalina Island Sightings 1949-1955). The ten come from Saudi Arabia, Guam, Rome, British Columbia, Berlin, Morocco, Alaska twice, Stockholm and Indiana. They record a bomber crew’s radar contact with an unidentified aircraft on a Strategic Air Command mission; a fighter-interceptor pilot near Guam who could not close on a blinking light even with afterburner; a sphere over Sardinia described in a translated newspaper article; a blinking light seen by two airmen guarding an aircraft at Prince George Airport; red rockets and a stationary red light logged by air traffic control in the Berlin corridors; a radar return in French Morocco that changed from a V to a W to an M; two lights seen from Little Diomede and from St. Lawrence Island; an object a Swedish airline captain saw pass below his airliner; and two objects like rings of smoke seen from a car in Indiana.

What the form shows is how far its few lines of comment go. The reporting offices offer a candidate, a possibility or nothing: a lighted weather balloon that could explain the Guam light only if it malfunctioned, cause unknown, three possible causes for the Moroccan return, a ship at sea as a possibility, no evaluation. None of the ten names what was seen, and none prints unresolved or UAP. The release redacts nothing in them, and the personal data they carry is not repeated here.
