The intelligence said to have been communicating with Uri Geller through Andrija Puharich in the early 1970s, described in Puharich’s Uri (1974) as a computer-like entity aboard a spacecraft, operating on behalf of a higher authority and delivering messages through Geller in trance, on tapes that then erased themselves.
The test Vallee applies to it
The Invisible College uses SPECTRA as a worked example of the internal test that runs through the whole book: channelled messages have never revealed anything that was not already known or within the intellectual grasp of the humans in the room. SPECTRA measures time in light-years; so does Geller. That single observation does more damage than any debunking, because it locates the source without needing to prove fraud.
Why the node earns its place
Because the same test applies to the AFFA Contact 1959 transcripts, to the UMMO Affair documents and to a good deal of the modern material, and because it is the cleanest statement in the literature of what a message would have to contain to count as evidence: something the receiver could not have known and that can be checked.
