Unidentified Submerged Objects, or USOs, are the underwater counterpart to UAP: objects observed entering, leaving or moving beneath water. The associated claim is transmedium travel, the idea that a single object can move freely between air and water without an apparent change in performance.
The theme appears in PURSUE in clips and reports of objects associated with the sea surface, and connects to longstanding accounts such as Tim Gallaudet’s reported 500-knot underwater UAP footage and the maritime framing of the Tic Tac Incident.
