Final volume by James Lacatski, RTMA 2026, closing his account of the Pentagon’s covert UAP work with twelve previously unpublished investigations.
Lacatski ran AAWSAP, so the institutional material is first-hand and the strangest content, much of it from Skinwalker Ranch, rests on his word. See Kona Blue and Hitchhiker Effect.
Its BAASS Special Reports include two previously unpublished sightings by one Navy pilot, Submerged Egg 2002 and China Lake Egg 2004.
