Colloquial term for propulsion that opposes gravity without conventional thrust. Per Bob Lazar: a misnomer: the S4 Gravity Amplifier is exploiting “another force, not gravity.”
PURSUE Release 06 record DOW-UAP-D135, Antigravity for Aerospace Applications (2010), one of the DIRDs, opens by saying no technology can yet achieve the active control of gravity, puts the energy to levitate a kilogram at 62.5 MJ, and runs candidate concepts through order-of-magnitude estimates, finding most infeasible and a Casimir-cavity force quite feeble but ripe for further exploration.
