Prime contractor for AAWSAP. Used some former Stargate Program personnel for analytical support on Skinwalker Ranch incidents.
Its field investigations for the programme are the BAASS Special Reports, B-001 to B-012.
PURSUE Release 07 publishes nine BAASS records of November 2008 to November 2010, among them the project management plan of December 2008 with two papers prepared for BAASS (BAASS Project Management Plan 2008), four monthly progress reports of 2009 and a capability report of November 2010. They share names, projects and whole paragraphs, among them Project Northern Tier. Only the plan and the capability report print the contract number, and none prints AAWSAP, under which the war.gov site tags all nine. Names lie under boxes labelled 1843 or under substitution labels.
